In the event of extreme weather, we follow the guidelines decided by Boulder Valley Schools. If school is closed due to inclement weather, so are we. In some cases, or if there are multiple snow days in a row, we may go against the grain and move forward with classes if weather improves throughout the day. We will ALWAYS email and post on social media in the event the studio is closed OR decides to move forward with classes outside of BVSD decisions. Studio Closures
We will not refund or pro-rate due to snow days or inclement weather days. Families are always welcome to attend another class as a make up opportunity. Your make up class MUST be approved by your teacher AND the teacher who runs the class you’d like to attend as a makeup. Not sure how to go about that? Email Noelle at the front desk and she’ll help out!
